Care & Maintenance
Powder coating is a durable, long-lasting finish, but regular care and maintenance will help keep it looking its best and extend its lifespan.
To maintain the appearance and performance of the coating, coated surfaces should be cleaned periodically using clean water and a mild pH-neutral detergent to remove dirt, dust, and environmental build-up. A soft cloth, sponge, or microfibre applicator should be used to avoid scratching the surface.
Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, solvents, or scouring pads, as these may damage the finish. For tougher dirt or marks, a gentle automotive wash is usually sufficient.
For items exposed to coastal, industrial, or high-moisture environments, more frequent cleaning is recommended to help prevent salt, dirt, or residue build-up.
It is also recommended to regularly inspect coated surfaces for any chips, scratches, or damage. Addressing minor issues early can help maintain the integrity of the coating and reduce the risk of corrosion.
With simple routine care, your powder coated finish can maintain its appearance and performance for many years to come.
